Why is our rate different from the published guide books?

Dear guests, Our rates have to be reviewed yearly according to
several instruments. Among them are financial instruments such
as domestic inflation rate and currency fluctuation.

Most guide books will mentioned that "data are correct at time of
the printing"; therefore sensitive instruments such as prices will
most likely differ from current time.

We also revised our rates yearly based on our room facilities
improvements as well as the improvement of the overall services
mostly as a result of our guests valuable comments.
